in the back of the van. this was the only protestor that we saw resisting arrest, if you can use that word. some of the information, we have a more video into the newsroom as things started to unfold, police, as they moved in, in the right here as they cleared out and tied to wall street protestors, there are using plastic handcuffs. police were concerned about public safety and health concerns. that is why they put out an eviction nervounotice. this city of oakland wants us to tell you, if you own a business in the downtown area, the late opening your business today. they want to make sure that they have everything cleared out before they invite the public to come back downtown. these you are a city employee, if you are advised to delay your arrival. . thank you for joining us. we are live in oakland. will tran has been watching the situation area will >> the mayor said that there would be amenable police presence. we walked around, but we have not seen any police officers. there are no police officers around here. it is almost as if the raid never took place. the mayor apologize for the raids that she says she is not backing down. take a look at your screen. here are some bullet points. she wants to make sure that there is open communication between her staff herself as well as representatives from occupy oakland. she wants to make sure that people here keep things sanitized and keep the place is very clean. they said they moved in on tuesday because they believe this was a health hazard. they also wanted to make sure there was public access for emergency workers. the biggest stipulation as she is making is that they can only be here between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.. that is the reason why the day after the camera was broken up, they could barricades around here and clean things up. obviously their presence here says it all.

.m., i have said the future passed for 8:00 a.m. you can see a lot of the 40's hanging on with us as we progress in to the later part in the afternoon. by lunch time you'll see more green and yellow on your screen indicating '60s and '70s around the bay area. by 3:00 p.m. you will see a lot of yellow on the screen indicating low '70s for pretty much everybody. a quick break down at exactly where the temperatures will go neighborhood by neighborhood we are really all assembled this afternoon. it is 70 degrees expected for half moon bay the same oakland. up into the north bay we will see some warmer temperatures. we have 70 for downtown san francisco and 74 for those in vallejo. your seven there around the bay forecast shows a lot of mild weather on tap for the next couple of days. take a look at a tight range of temperatures, really there is no dam--no difference in your inland and bay area to the jurors. as we take a look at traffic, we have no hot spots to tell you about. the approach to the bay bridge toll plaza looks fine. traffic moving well from all three of the approaches. the san

the police officers used excessive force. they did not make it all into the police department, the protesters eventually turned around and left because they were met by a large group of the police apartment. the mayor says the city will return medical supplies to the protesters. police took the supplies during tuesday's crackdown. the medical supplies were not returned. >>justine: those protests reached a violent clash on tuesday. this was tuesday night. this is when the police were trying to remove the encampment. now some protesters are worrying that did tuesday's clash is overshadowing the occupy protest movement. >>reporter: in the montclair district many residents feel the violent clash between oakland police and the occupy protesters was unnecessary outside city hall earlier this week. this did the police raid only added more steam to the anti wall street movement. some tell me they are also upset with the mayor and her inability to make a decision as to where the demonstrators can stay at frank ogawa plaza. >> i think tuesday did not overshadow the protests it does make it stronger. w
